Each class will include gentle yoga postures, focused breath awareness, healing visualization and relaxation followed by a shared expression of gratitude. Each participant will be asked to keep a gratitude journal throughout the six weeks. Focus is on self-acceptance, patience and compassion in our yoga practice and in learning how to incorporate gratitude into daily life.
Annalisa Cunningham, MA Counseling has been teaching yoga and personal growth classes for more than 40 years. She is the author of several books, including Gentle Yoga for Healing Mind, Body, Spirit.
