Join Emily for a celebration of New Moon in May.
We will have a gentle movement session, guided meditation and breath practice before we rest into a sound immersion with crystal and bronze singing bowls, temple bells, chimes, and other unique instruments.
Please bring a favorite mug for Ayurvedic Tea, water, a journal if you have one and a pen. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring any additional pillows, blankets or comfort items to make your space restful.

Mediterranean Beach+Yoga Retreat

Join Emily McConnell and a group of international yoga teachers for an inspiring and rejuvenating yoga retreat in Spain! The Lucia Yoga Mediterranean retreat center is outside of Valencia within walking or biking distance to the beach.
Experience a seasonal reset exploring the Spring to Summer transition in the Mediterranean with multiple daily (optional) yoga classes + workshops, seasonal farm-to-table cuisine, a beautiful villa with a communal pool, and plenty of beach time.
