Join Emily McConnell and a group of international yoga teachers for an inspiring and rejuvenating yoga retreat in Spain! The Lucia Yoga Mediterranean retreat center is outside of Valencia within walking or biking distance to the beach.
Experience a seasonal reset exploring the Spring to Summer transition in the Mediterranean with multiple daily (optional) yoga classes + workshops, seasonal farm-to-table cuisine, a beautiful villa with a communal pool, and plenty of beach time. Students will also receive a 30 min personalized Ayurvedic counseling session during the retreat with Emily, and a self-care travel essentials pack! Imagine walking the long sandy beaches and swimming in the warm waters of the Mediterranean, watching the sunrise, discovering sites in the historic city of Valencia, attending a beautiful flamenco dinner and show, and everything is taken care of for you! This retreat is so soothing for those who want to travel without added stressors, so you get to actually rest and reset while you're away.
*An optional post-retreat excursion is available following the retreat to visit Barcelona, including Sagrada Familia and Montserrat with Emily for an added fee. *
