Slow Flow is a gentle-vinyasa style of yoga that focuses on meditative, conscious movement guided and linked intricately with breath. Asana are explored in a flowing yet mindful way so students can connect to their own rhythm, and focus on transitions guided by breath. Props are encouraged and utilized for modifications, allowing accessible options for most bodies.

Currently offered for special events, private 1-1 yoga, or by appointment.
This style of yoga promotes rest & relaxation, utilizing props to completely support the body in every posture so that no muscular engagement is needed to experience the energetic quality of every shape - receiving rather than doing the pose. Deeply soothing for the nervous system with crystal bowl sounds and optional essential oil treatment during savasana.

By appointment only, or by private instruction.
Developed by Marie Walton Mahon, Progressing Ballet Technique(PBT), is a full body conditioning method that to improves core strength, stability, coordination, flexibility and posture. Students use a variety of props, such as resistance bands and balls, to activate and isolate muscle groups. In PBT, it is the quality of movement over quantity of repetitions that is key. Students will have a large fit ball, 8-9” pilates ball, resistance band (9.8’ long & 6” wide), racquetball and a mat. Fascia release techniques are integrated into all classes to wake up the body, release tension, pain, and increase range of motion. No dance experience or knowledge in dance required.

This style of yoga was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, and approaches each posture with clear alignment principles and implements the use of a variety of props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, the wall, chairs, blankets and more. The props support the practitioner to experience the form of each posture according to what their bodies need to properly align, balance and breathe. This class has a weekly focus such as backbends, standing balance postures, inversions, or restorative.
